Production schedule and Shotlist P2(d)

10/1/14: Started project with my individual research in to music video analysis.
17/1/14: We chose Hey Brother because it was new and popular music at the time of creating the music video. It had a good storyline that is easy to follow and to be put in to a music video. This story line helped up us use the surroundings of the school for all the scenes and our team as the actors and camera men. We also chose this as we knew we had the time in and out of class hours to do the filming in the school grounds without seeking further permission.
24/1/14: Start of Hey Brother slide show presentation.
5/2/14: Presented Hey Brother slide show to class.
13/2/14: Storyboard created.
17/2/14: This was the launch date of the filming.

During my process of filming we have to undergo tasks which allowed us to gain the knowledge of what we were planning to do. We would do this by the creation of a production schedule, it meant that we knew where we had to be and at what times. We also used a storyboard as a tool to keep on track and making sure that we covered all the scenes required.

The contingency plan for any of the problems was to change or alter the location around the school as there could be a lot of rooms which we could have filmed in at the time. Also as part of the contingency plan, if an of the actors can not be available at curtain times where we have the use of the equipment we will use the others actors and shot different senses so that we are wasting no time and this would be easy to do because a lot of the senses are done in one location.
